Next week is the week where I will be
introducing your 'maha' pickles (Gherkin and Mango) to my clients, as I am
making an Indian Lamb and Spinach dish with Dosas for them. I have put them on
the menu today and clients have accepted the line-up.
I will be sure to give credit where credit is
due!!! ( I just had another taste of your lime pickle...whoa!)

Happy New Year!
I'm so delighted that you remembered to
e-mail me as I am indeed in need of some MORE of those yummy Creations of
yours! If you remember I bought a case of Carrots and a few other
jars at the "One Of A Kind" Show.
I still LOVE my carrots, but you were right about your newest addition, it
kinda 'grows' on you! Now I must hide it at the back of the frige where no-one
else will ever find it! Then, I had my
British friend, Lucy buy me a few more jars of the Hot Triple Mix when she hit
the show on Sat, just a few days later! That will tell you just how much I really
enjoyed that 'Triple Mix'. I think it's the Mango that does it for me, as my
friend Jit in B.C. used to make a hot Mango pickle of some sort as well.

I just wanted to tell you again how much I LOVE your Savoury
Carrots. Thank you for making such wonderful foods. I look forward to seeing
you at the Cabbagetown Festival and One of a Kind Show.

1 Sep. 2011 – Ignite Insight – Lunch Bunch
I wanted to use the split pea mash I had made
and frozen. Figuered the best way to incorporate that into a meal would be
combine it with rice (jasmine thai).
Then added fried garlic and onion, and topped it off with a great garlic
sauce I got @the Distillery Sunday Market, Edna’s Pickles Savoury Carrots and
spcies (s+p) and oregano).
Edna’s pickles product is AMAZING. Add a single tablespoon to any dish and amp
up the Mmm factor.
The dish was good! I especially enjoyed the
carrots, which became melt-in-your-mouth tender from being added to the steamy
rice and the burst of garlic in each bite.

jar of your lime pickles as a christmas present, by far the best and most
superior lime pickle i have
ever eaten. i was supposed to be going to goa in febuary 2011, but i am
unable to go, this is sooo close, the taste, the texture , i will be looking for
your pickles from now on. you must
try and get in the markets like whole foods, bruno's etc. i will rave on
facebook for you and to all my gourmet friends. thanks for making my crabcakes
on christmas morning outstanding. all the best.

extraordinary pickles!
At the recent Oneofakind Show I picked up yet another jar of Edna’s Pickles. I grew up
eating good ole’ dills but wow, was I missing out on a world of flavour! Edna
makes home-made Indian pickles that supplement any dish with a small but mighty
punch of deliciousness.

6 July 2010 - I will never eat chicken without one of your pickles
again! Delicious! I was a vendor at the Cobourg Festival. I
raved about your pickles to my mother and she bought the spicy eggplant and
sweet carrot for us to share. We had a barbecue last night with rather bland
chicken burgers and decided to try adding some sweet carrot pickle. Suddenly
they were more flavourful than any burger I have ever eaten! Thanks very much,
